Too many long term employees still talk about how it used to be. Benefits are decent and pay could be more competitive to drive top talent.

Pay is sub par and raises are nickel and dime. There are a whole lot of issues with software and systems and job specific training for important day to day tasks is poor. A lot of old timers around and some of them should retire. Some management personnel are very distant from the teams they manage and only make their presence known when there is a problem.
