Pros
You have the ability to work independently while working in a team setting. Once you show you're a hard worker other drivers will be willing to help you along. Training is adequate. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Pay is ok. If you enjoy driving and and being on the road, this is a good fit for you. Average day on the 12 hours per day. Overnight routes with mandatory next day off. Management is supportive almost a always available. Plenty of OT when available.
Cons
Hours decrease during the holiday season. That was never expressed at any point. Management not very transparent about certain rules. You must ask a ton of questions to be in compliance with certain rules. When you stay overnight on a route the hotel options are horrible 2 star hotels.
