The pay, long hrs, wear and tear on your body sitting in uncomfortable box truck seat all day

Management lies and promises growth opportunities to employees but it's based off favoritism and a Buddy system. They don't hold people accountable for points. HR is not helpful and spiteful went as far as a HR rep getting fired. HR will flirt with employees. Racist comments are made. Upper management is not friendly and had their nose in the air. Upper management doesn't work and will sleep in their office. One supervisor wanted to cross train employees in other departments but other supervisors were selfish and were threatened by this. The upper management there are managers not leaders. Terrible structure. When minorities get into leadership roles they are limited and don't move up often and is harder for them.
