Pros

Was a great place to work when I first started. Love my colleagues

Cons

Grew too big for them to handle and manage. No longer have team meetings or a pat on the shoulder. No communication from left hand to right hand.

Pros

Long hours with plenty of overtime if that's what you want. They seemed to hire out a lot of management jobs to ex-military men which I appreciated about them.

Cons

As a warehouse associate, I felt (along with everyone else on my team) like the management couldn't care less about us. We worked long hours, at one point working a 19-hour shift only to be back in 5 hours. The warehouse took on far too much volume that they weren't ready for. No one i worked with had been there longer than 3 months. The worst thing about the company is their complete disregard for work/life balance. My wife had to go to the hospital multiple times due to a complicated pregnancy, so I had to call in to find a place for my son and take my wife to the hospital. They fired me after the 2nd occurrence, saying I "never seemed to want to come to work" even though I was explaining to them throughout the stressful time that I had to care for my family. Do not take a job with these guys if you have a family. The only people who seemed to do okay were divorced with no children.
