Pros

Only the Account managers are nice

Cons

I started my adventure with kao 8 months ago, and it has been the worst 8 months. I have had a drop ship account so that it would be more convenient for customers to get the products faster online. Only problem keystone doesn't help in that process. Yes they can get products to customers quickly, but it could be used/installed or the totally wrong item. When you call customer service they can't communicate effectively with the warehouses to check returns when they come in to ensure product is in top shape to be purchased again. Your customer service takes a dive because customers blame you for the mistake and label you as a sham. On also to get an item returned with a kao rma number so they can attach the product to your account and credit you so you can refund the customer could take up to 2 1/2 weeks! It only takes maybe five days to get back to the returns warehouse! All the customer service or accounting or sales people need odd information to help out each case. They are limited to what they can see. They don't see any of your sales or progress of a sale if you need to stop the shipment. Office people have a very difficult time communicating with warehouses or other departments. You have to start from square 1 if they need to transfer you. You have to repeat yourself a million times. Conclusion: staff is nice but not enough of them over worked can't execute proper customer service. Poor SOP in warehouses. Absolutely awful software that they work with considering nobody can see all account information or seem to help with anything! Only thing going for them are the account managers and sales people which will hurt them in the long run.

Pros

Good work/home balance. Manager is wonderful. Former CIO, Mick was awesome. Everyone like family. Work was challenging and new code and coding was used. Training was provided on new technologies. Company cares about the employee.

Cons

The new CIO does not seem to hold the same values as Mick did.
