      Relaxed working environment, good place to start a career, lots of interesting products and suppliers to deal with

      Cons

      No opportunity to grow or difficult to learn or get trained unless you really want to and keep asking for it. Management is very distant to employees problems. Metrics are everything!

      Always busy lot of work , benefits

      Cons

      Low pay for hard labor, outdated equipment, constant issues with customers about quality of products, some of the managers are not qualified to have management positions, commission drivers will push you to the limit

      The people seem very nice, laid back and comfortable to talk to. Timing also seems to be flexible which is appreciated.

      Cons

      Mundane work assignments. Very long days sometimes with little to nothing to do.
