      not any i can think of !!!!!!!!!!!!! over worked workers stupid warehouse system lazy management

      real simple fire all the top management to site managers as well . there is a good ole boy network that does not care about making money for company except themselves. as long as that team is in place this company will just keep on losing more in market place till they go away forever.

      Pros

      If you are looking for a job that will work you to the bone here it is. The plus side is you will learn how to deal with stress and being thrown under the bus if ever there is a problem that you manager needs to blame someone else for.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Understaffed, unprofessional environment, long hours, they encourage employees to break DOT regulations, poor training, unorganized certification classes, and tons of unneeded stress from overloading you with tasks that are expected to be done in unrealistic amounts of time.

      People at the location I worked at were good hard-working

      Comminication lacks between satelites and Corporate Executive level management unresponsive HR does not want to hear your concerns. Once you voice them you are on the next "list" to head out the door Many not familiar with AutoMotive - just bean counters Farming jobs overseas when they were filled here in the US just fine is NOT acceptable
