Pros

Long hours with low pay. Just little time to spend with nagging spouse. Save money on hanging out with friends. If you have a pulse you will be hired on spot.

Cons

No appreciation from supervisors. Constantly talked to by mgmt in disrespectful tone. Major favoritism shown to most unproductive workers. Employees can never do enough to satisfy mgmt even after a 11 hour day. No teamwork at all. I showed up to work early every day, was always done with my pulling before anyone else and was last one to close the gates at night but still others were treated better than me.

Killing itself from the inside out

Pros

Exciting Industry. Business has lots of potential.

Cons

Small town mentality. It’s who you know to get ahead especially in Exeter location. Execs don’t know how bad middle management is hurting the business from the inside. A string of incompetent managers in positions they are unqualified to hold, only there because of their connections, making all the wrong decisions. And it’s starting to show. This company has had a number of ups and downs through its history and different acquisitions but by keeping the same people managing the same business, ultimately ends with the same poor results.

Pros

Great vendor relationships. Cool industry.

Cons

Super low ball offers for pay at all levels. Lack of trust & employee empowerment. Like doing things they way they have always been done - if you are in innovator, you will be poorly accepted until you go through their unannounced Initiation process. The list goes on for Cons. People only take this job when it's their last option. A lot of turnover at the mid to upper management level. Lack of customer care. Lack if employee care. Nepotism & Good 'ole boy system. A lot of red tape & politics.
