Pros

Fast paced, pays well and guaranteed full time hours.

Cons

Cannot accrue any PTO, you're given a certain amount of time and you may borrow company time if approved by management which can be difficult. Bonuses are never paid on time; checks are entered incorrectly. Project upon project and nothing ever gets accomplished properly.

Pros

Great co-workers and management. A lot of long-time employees. High opportunity for growth, especially if willing to travel and relocate.

Cons

Worked into the ground, do the work of 2-3 people. Recent company ownership changes means increased insurance rates and vacation and sick time taken away from everyone, and many other complications to employee benefits. Continuous hard quotas to meet.

real simple fire all the top management to site managers as well . there is a good ole boy network that does not care about making money for company except themselves. as long as that team is in place this company will just keep on losing more in market place till they go away forever.
