Working with recipients of services and coworkers. The trainers did a fantastic job and were always engaging and extremely helpful. The only reasons I stayed so long were the residents and coworkers in the homes. Some program supervisors were great.

Cons

Difficulties with upper management. Poor communication and organization. Bad attitudes from higher ups. Often understaffed which is unfortunately extremely common in this field. Direct support professionals under appreciated and often ignored. There was always a huge lack of communication.
