Pros

You get to really become part of an individual's life and can make a difference.

Cons

So many. Poor pay, they do not give raises, last year gave us a key chain, it was like a slap in the face. You may end up trying to fill your required hours at other houses on a last minute notice. They cover up incidents, by not sending in incident reports. They cover up abuse investigations. They will keep employees who have had many charges against them, just so they have someone to work. They do not do any yearly reviews and yet expect their employees to roll over when then want them too. This company should be closed!

Pros

There are absolutely none.

Cons

This company is the antithesis of anything it purports to stand for. Walk into one of their community housing settings....listen to the way their employees talk about clients.....look into the records of their finances. Shady.
