Pros
Relative freedom from the monotony of a "structured setting " I would be lying if I wrote anything more, and hey I'm not in management at this company so it's nothing but truth from me.
Cons
The best way to compose a concise summation of all the negative aspects of this position is to simply list them. ..so here it goes; ... No communication, no ability to truly apply the tenets of ABA, horrendous hours, inconsistent hours, culture of favoritism, culture of dishonesty, culture of hypocrisy and finally catering to families whose actions negate what little behavioral work can be achieved. With all of these lovely aspects diminishing quality of life the average employee is expected to tow the company line with a weird "Stepford Wife " smile on their face and "Truly appreciate the opportunity they have been given"...I could go on and on but I think made my point
