Do as I say not as I do. They are horrible to staff the people that hold the company together When someone else quits they do new rules that come down harder on employees No one at the office a ghost town People quit after a couple months or a couple weeks because everyone is miserable bad atmosphere no appreciation just more work piled on without discussion of the job description they were hired on tough luck stay exhausted low man on totem pole They don’t support you they treat you like you are beneath them No support No employee advocate exists but for a few managers that are stuck between a rock and hard place You are disposable someone to cover for a few weeks until you quit exhausted working a part time job The lost good employees but instead of becoming better they come down on the staff like it’s their fault people left or fired A bunch of people leave and new people go quickly because this company is not no bonds to its staff They also think getting stricter and running authoritarian tudes will keep people from leaving but it makes more people complain and spread the word to go No communication. They don’t ask staff opinions or how they feel. They order they demand nasty like tough luck. Many administration management don’t work the hours and spend money left and right and shift blame on staff

While we are drowning the upper echelons are having countless zoom meetings to discuss the waters that we’re drowning in. As the agency has grown we’ve gained and expanded departments. Unfortunately these new or expanded areas have proven to be a waste of resources and although they’ve created jobs for people, they’ve created heartache and time consuming messes for many of us. Our recruiting and hiring process is a ridiculously drawn out, often confusing, needlessly time sensitive, process, leaving many applicants feeling belittled, frazzled, and intimidated. The hiring department in turn reinforces those negative feelings and due to delays and applicants feeling so unsure, we often lose them before they even start. Our nursing department is another area of costly waste. A department that has grown with “professionals” who do absolutely nothing for the individuals supported or the staff who support. They have caused conflict and confusion with medical professionals that long standing staff have spent many years building relationships with.
