I really enjoyed my experience at Keywords since it is a very open-minded environment and also multicultural. People are nice and you have freedom to take breaks when you need to. THe job can be quite enjoyable.

Cons

The salary was quite low, and it was very hard to get a permanent contract even with plenty of experience over time. The better positions were normally given kind of randomly and it would cause a very unpleasant and demotivating feeling in employees. Not many options of growth.
