The commissions are ok but salary is lacking

Cons

Leadership is bad and redundant No direction on alignment Office politics are played all the time and favoritism is really bad by leadership There is an over reliance on individual contributors to train others, without compensation, and leadership who should be doing it don't take the initiative. Definitely a do as I say, not as I do culture from leadership
