      Pros

      There are worse ways to make $50k a year however you are only dialing a phone for months and months before something comes through.

      Cons

      Management is clueless and micromanages each and every day down to the hour. Any potential lead is subject to be given to more senior staff. Bad benefits and ridiculously long hours with very few days off observed.
