Pros

I worked in other sales role and Kforce has it together. They know exactly what it takes to ramp up and they have a long standing history of success to learn from. I'm finally on a team that if I'm moving the needle, they trust to work out the details

Cons

My only wish was that the office was open. I feel like the only person that wants t o go back to the office. But I'm too distracted working from home. They are slow to reopen because they want to make everyone feel comfortable and listen to flexibly they need.
