Pros

The people I work with are great! There is a good "team" atmosphere and everyone is nice, fun and very helpful. The potential to make good money in sales is definitely there.

Cons

As sales you have to seek out hard-to-find information in order to try to build your client base. This is time consuming and the more time it takes the slower you ramp up to making more desired pay.

Pros

Great atmosphere with a great group of energetic people. Very positive vibes...one of the best places to work and hard too leave, however needed to make more $$$ for same work.

Cons

Pay structure for Sales changed in 2015 to: Sales + Commission vs. draw and higher commission that was cut by 50% for guaranteed salary. My experience as a large company grows they try to real in the costs and this hurts the top end of Sales and recruiting.
