Work from home is nice

Cons

If you’re liked they will keep you around. If you aren’t making sales in the first 6-9 months they let you go. Team went from 6 to 3 during my time there. Lots of people leave for a competitor company.Training process isn’t the best you have to find your own work and make cold calls.

My team was phenomenal and the job itself was enjoyable. Great for you if you are an extroverted individual as it is a sales role. Remote work first was helpful to an extent

Cons

Too many meetings labeled as "accountability" when it was really micromanaging. Trust your employees to get their jobs done and the numbers will come.
