The atmosphere is light and collaborative and the team is overall welcoming.

Cons

The process of growing within the company is impossible without management backing. I personally didn't have it and it resulted in me wasting time investing in company without them investing back. If applying for a role with this company in sales, be aware that you need to keep a plan on the back burner. Turnover in this office and industry is incredibly high.
