      Pros

      Placed me as a contractor at a large financial institution.

      Cons

      Was supposed to have an 18-month contract, but was suddenly ended at 9 months with only 2 weeks' notice due to budget cuts. Kforce didn't fight for me to help me keep my job. The "relationship manager" used to be a soccer player, apparently knows nothing about HR, and simply acted as a puppet. I was given no opportunity to make my case for them to keep me.

      Pros

      The benefits for a single person were so much more affordable than other agencies. The benefits included a 401K plan, medical, dental and vision. This helped maximise your income. The medical and dental plan were also top of the line, which was hard to believe for the price. In terms of the 401K plan, it was awesome! Although, it was not a matching program, however, this offers tax relief. In addition, they provided an opportunity to buy stock at a 5% discount rate.

      Cons

      The downside is that Kforce does not have a 3 month benching period like Accenture or Keane. This means that after you end your project you must actively search for a job
