Pros

The best thing about working at Kforce is the People and the Culture. I never wake up and think "I don't want to go to work today". Of course some days are better than others but for the most part I really enjoy what I do and who I work with. Kforce has made some great strides this year to really show their appreciation for its employees.

Cons

I'd say the biggest downside to Kforce is the available technology. While Kforce currently has a huge focus on new technology for several depts., they are still behind in comparison to its competitors.

Awesome people, awesome training. They helped jump start my career.

Cons

Covering your draw. I had a healthy amount of people billing for me and wasn’t seeing commission. Perhaps that has changed now.
