      Spaghetti approach to hiring. Hire a lot of recruiters and sales people and see who fits.

      Pros

      -Kforce offers a salary your first 6 months then it's have salary, half draw -Large, stable staffing firm -Work-life balance, they don't expect you to work grueling hours

      Cons

      -They don't want to give you time to ramp up. Most of the senior recruiters and sales people took a long time to establish a book of business and make decent numbers and income. Now since they are publicly traded if you're not performing within a few months you are canned. -They are really cheap with everything. Minimal perks. You have to pay for parking. -Training is limited and ineffective
