Great Company, Great Culture, Great Earning Potential

Pros

I loved working here, and working with top US and global firms. Great company culture, can really feel like family. Huge earning potential rewarded by putting in the hard work.

Cons

Sometimes there is so much work (opportunity) it can be hard to choose what to work on... this is also a pro!

Pros

Very fast pace and high volume in IT Contract.

Cons

Very demanding with very fast turnaround and highly competitive environment -- no account management/relationship or control of a book of business as a recruiter. All recruiters in office can sub to all employers no ownership or business building opportunity. Less training oriented for new recruiters than other large firms. Sink or swim.
