Pros
Decent base salary without draw and and commission payout is cool - once you're paid (it always took a while). The new Addison office is pretty nice.
Cons
I literally felt like I was in high school. They tend to hire unprofessional and childish individuals. Managers often time use a micro management tactic. Quantity of calls versus quality. Be fully prepared to build your own book of business on the direct hire team.
