      Pros

      Full time report workplace option. Very competitive compensation. Opportunity to work outside of your assigned role if you can add value to other areas. Great coworkers and a good team environment. Very flexible with special request or working arrangements. Quickly advancing IT initiatives, lots of new technology to work with.

      Cons

      Sometimes the hours can be long (outages or other high priority issues) but this is the nature of IT professional roles.

      Pros

      Great Pay, wonderful place to work, rewarded for work ethic and dedication to mentoring the client.

      Cons

      I'm a contractor so when I don't work, I don't get paid. But that means you can get sporadic time off

      Low pay. Poor benefits. No benefits for part-time employees.
