None. Avoid them if you can.

Cons

They are only interested in making money. As long as you make money for them, they will talk to you otherwise you are on your own. They do not believe in continued employment. Not very proactive in ensuring that client feedback is passed to the employee and that employee remains happy. No team lunches to keep the morale high.

Cons

Will put you on a PIP to try and get more work out of you, not just for firing purposes Micro-management If you're not working overtime, you're not doing enough, the standard hours aren't good enough Care more about checking a box than actual outcome

Most of the people you work with are nice people.

Cons

Direct supervisor never respected my time outside of work. Would get calls during funerals and scheduled PTO constantly. Leadership will never listen to your concerns and you are often reprimanded for voicing them. They made our team fill out a positive review the best places to work survey. Barely any team members are still there that I had originally started with.
