      Attentive. Competitive pay. Not much required but useless training.

      Cons

      No salary adjustment, you want a raise, get a new job.

      Great firm to start your career in agency recruiting

      Pros

      top of the line training

      Cons

      they take up most of your commission and you are not earning what you could be earning at small firms or competitors. Often take advantage of you and pay you less because you are young. I was top recruiter and didn't receive a bonus for that accomplishment. Other then that great starting point.

      Fun culture - coworkers are fun

      Cons

      Pay isn’t great. We are definitely underpaid for what we do. No sick time - you have to use PTO if you’re sick. Very cliquey environment. Management plays favorites and lots of backstabbing
