      Pros

      - Easy to find job as a contractor for external client - Benefits are good for contractor

      Cons

      - No incentives or bonus or annual raise (even if the client gives excellent review) - No paid holidays or vacation days - No dedicated advisor / contact for employees working at client office

      Pros

      They really take good care of their employees. They are professional and have clear communication.

      Cons

      From my experience, it is difficult to list out any cons but if I have to name one it would have to be they can do more to provide work-life balance.

      Management. They made their recruiters cry on a weekly basis.
