      None pros to tell at all....

      This company will poach you from another company, ignore you and literally go on vacation during your training, force you to do homework (yes I said homework) that could’ve been done during the day and if your skin tone isn’t up to par; they will ignore you and drag you through a four month interview to make sure that you are the “right fit”. This company is disgusting.

      Hire you with a decent salary even with no experience

      Cons

      Everything. Very childish atmosphere. Gossipy leadership, hazing atmosphere. Not for actual adults.

      Worst company ever , NEVER JOIN THEM

      absolutely none , they are a complete joke

      Cons

      1) They just don't care about your growth or finding new projects for you 2) Recruiters have the worst attitude 3)No clear communication with the employee 4) If you are on a Visa , you are as good as dead because the legal team is a joke 5) You will be terminated without any notification if your project ends , and then your H1B will be revoked without any notice . 6) Calls to recruiters and immigration team goes un answered Beware of Kforce and if you are on a visa , PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THEM
