      Create your own book of business and networking.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, commision structure, no work life balance for hours of work, a lot of responsibilities for lack of compensation.

      Hybrid, good people, can be a fun atmosphere

      Cons

      Zero work life balance. Schedule is 8-6 and you are chained to your desk during that time aside from lunch. Very little pto offered and if you have a doc appt you will need to makeup that time.

      Great work life balance. Excellent collaboration between various technical teams. Leadership listens and cares for employees. Many opportunities for growth.
