      Pros

      I love working at Kforce because of the people! You are not going to be able to leave Kforce and get the support, and customer service you get here. I love the atmosphere and the fun the people bring. One of my favorites is the flexibility of being able to work from home on occasion.

      Cons

      I don't really feel like there are many "downsides" of working at Kforce, but I would like to see sometime in the future of Kforce to have the back office salaries to be a little more competitive with other companies. A lot of times we lose good people due to the salary in the back office, however, they don't want to leave due to the relationships they have made with their peers/clients/field partners etc.

      Pros

      Positive Company, Innovative, Dependable, Room for growth. They truly care for their Employees and are constantly looking for ways to show appreciation. I have never felt like I did not matter as well as am encouraged constantly to grow and excel. They offer competitive pay rates and room for advancement.

      Honestly after a year ad a half of working here I do not have any Cons
