      Pros

      The sky is the limit! There is no cap to commission and your output is directly correlated with how much money you make. The culture is fun, lively, and full of positive people who genuinely want to help you.

      Cons

      Work hours can be very late and the demand for productivity can become a little stressful at times. However, management is very supportive and helps recruiters succeed as much as they want to succeed.

      Great clients, opportunity to grow, the harder you work the more money you make, good management team, your resources are endless (ATS, etc.)

      Cons

      Not as competitively priced as our competition, micro managed, KPI driven, favorites played. A lot of people complain but in reality, there's plenty of opportunity and money to be made with this organization
