      Pros

      I have been with Kforce for 5+ years now and I've had the opportunity to work for different offices in two different regions. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this firm. The leadership is unmatched- from your C-Level Execs down to your direct reporting manager, everyone is so helpful and kind and wants to see you win. Kforce offers a lot of incentives, awards, they offer amazing work like balance, generous PTO, hefty bonus structures, good pay, the maternity leave is unbelievable compared to other firms, the energy and environment is upbeat, fun, thriving. I'm so thankful for all my colleagues who have become great friends and mentors. I could write a book about all the reasons why I love Kforce and plan to retire with them in the very far out future.

      Cons

      They could offer better benefit plans (medical & dental), but thats neither here nor there. They make up for medical in many other areas as it pertains to benefits like 401k, stock options, free disability, life insurance, discount plans for every day expenses, etc.
