      STAY AWAY FROM KFORCE NJ!!!!

      Pros

      If you are looking for a fraternity to make friends and share some good laughs with, go ahead and work here. Trust me, it will be fun for a few months and then your life will become a living nightmare professionally.

      Cons

      The leadership they recently put in place is garbage. They have no experience managing others and lack basic management skills. Just look at the turnover rate at this office...they are always hiring new people because they do not invest in the current employees they hire! Seriously, look at their LinkedIn Talent Acquisition or job boards...alwaysss hiring new sales/recruiters. IF you are desperate for a job, by all means use Kforce NJ as a stepping stone temporarily to pay bills but that is all I can suggest.

      Pros

      The Management team in the Boston office is top notch. Creates a fun but hardworking culture.

      Cons

      Having to report everything back to HQ in Florida. They are very strict with what each regions budget is.

      Pros

      Great flexibility with work schedule and client schedule.

      Cons

      Sometimes accessing Kforce e-mail was tricky, but thanks to the help desk and further guidelines passed down, accessibility became easier.
