Pros

If you are getting started with your career in recruiting, it's a good place to get your feet wet. They will teach you the basics of not being afraid of the phones and plan your day to be successful.

Cons

The high turnover. The Chicago office hasn't been successful in some time, despite the economy. It is one of the most underperforming offices in all of KForce. It's every person for themselves and no sense of team whatsoever.

Pros

Worklife balance. Flexibility. Always more to do and work on never slow.

Cons

Counter-productive meetings/ role play sessions at times that are mandatory to attend when can't keep up with workload already then told to stay late even though work ethic and call volume etc.. doesn't matter all comes down to starts and offers and GP% when that doesn't tell the whole story. No room to grow since it's all based on numbers. Don't feel valued and know the hard work isn't being rewarded.
