      Flexibility, mostly work from home

      Cons

      Low pay, takes a while to ramp up and if you don’t seem to “get it” They will let you go easily

      Pros

      Great culture and consistent across the company in customer service, associate experience and consultant care.

      Cons

      Kforce has worked hard to have a consistent strategy among all their teams/locations. Not a con - but one they have worked to overcome.

      Pros

      Work from home flexibility, Training is decent, Attainable metrics

      Cons

      Outdated technology/Systems, low commission scheme, lack of culture, teach you systems/usage but not how to be a good recruiter. Time utilization could be better, tons of meetings to go over things that have not changed in the last 5 hours since the last meeting.
