      Pros

      People are great. Fun environment with a lot of young people. They do a lot of team outings, volunteer and otherwise, which are always a good time. Comp is good, but only if you work really hard for the first year.

      Cons

      Work life balance is tough if you want to be successful. They are also very metric driven and want to see very high output numbers.

      Pros

      Corporate has solid core values and offers achievable milestones. Benefits and salary are at or above market in the DFW area but you earn it with the management you deal with.

      Cons

      Separate locations do not adhere to core values, favoritism is shown, discriminatory towards those with family responsibilities and morals/values, so metrics driven the human factor is forgotten. DFW has become quantity over quality based - the complete opposite from 3 years ago due to management.

      The don't pay correctly for bonuses, Vanessa never calls back and the rare time she does, she's rude. If you call too much they secretly black ball you.
