Pros

- Overall good culture depending on your team - Work from home - Flexible - Nice commission structure - Good place to learn and be trained in recruiting - Lots of tools to use - Good buy in from SL to be technology forward.

Cons

- Benefits are lacking. While there is healthcare, most offerings are expensive and have high deductibles if not. - There are no additional benefits for continued learning and development. No availability for reimbursement for certifications, education etc. It seems that is is no room for growth or offerings to be strategic in career development. - Numbers driven to the point where people would be forced to input actitivy that would not result in results. - Monthly sales-driven contests that do not offer any benefit for recruiters just make your day busy. - Stressful, but it is staffing, so to be expected. - You will work more than 40 hours per week and likely answering emails and messages well beyond 5 pm and over the weekend. - 401k does not vest for 5years. - No real inclusion and diversity program, and all senior leadership besides one are men and a similar group.

Pros

I have had the privilege of working at Kforce for 9 years, and I can confidently say that this company has been an amazing place to grow my career. Kforce truly prioritizes its associates, creating an environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. Whether it's through competitive compensation, recognition programs, or clear pathways for advancement, Kforce consistently goes above and beyond to support its people. The company’s focus on upward mobility is one of its standout features. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and career progression, and it's incredibly motivating to see many associates who have advanced into leadership roles. It’s evident that Kforce values and nurtures its talent by consistently promoting from within the firm. One of the things I appreciate most is the regular exposure to C-level executives. It's rare to work for a publicly traded company that offers the unique opportunity to interact directly with senior leadership, providing insight into business strategy and how decisions are made at the highest levels. It’s a refreshing and inspiring experience that sets Kforce apart from other companies in the industry.

Cons

None. Agency recruiting takes time and hard work for long term success. Be realistic about that coming in if you want to be successful.
