      Pros

      - you work with some great people and will make awesome friends - Happy hours and after-work bonding - overtime pay is time and a half - ping pong table

      Cons

      Like every job, your experience completely depends on your manger. Some teams always make Friday early out goals, others never do. Some teams receive promotions and raises quickly, others don't. Some managers are more approachable than others. You will constantly hear about all of the opportunities at Kforce, but statistically, there are not enough promotions to go around. The more I hear them preach about great opps, the more it feels like they're trying to brainwash me.

      Pros

      The sky is the limit! There is no cap to commission and your output is directly correlated with how much money you make. The culture is fun, lively, and full of positive people who genuinely want to help you.

      Cons

      Work hours can be very late and the demand for productivity can become a little stressful at times. However, management is very supportive and helps recruiters succeed as much as they want to succeed.

      4 weeks, still no pay.

      Pros

      High pay rate supposedly. Reaches out to you for employment.

      Cons

      It has been 4 weeks and I have yet to receive any compensation. I terminated my employment with the company. They state that pay is mailed out from Georgia on Thursday and it takes 6 days to get to you. Well it's been officially three weeks after I thought that check would arrive. Still nothing. This is my second go around with this company. The first time they "hired" me but never contacted me back. Then almost a year later they contact me with this job.
