      1. The best immigration team and timely process in place 2. Timely pay weekly 3. Smooth onboarding

      Cons

      It looks like the marketing team when it comes to redeploying could be improved. Not many options or no clear communication when I reached out to my relationship manager with my expectations on salary and future career options.

      Pros

      Kforce has really invested in my career and has contributed to my personal and professional growth in a massive way. Kforce has also adjusted to the current times making sure their associates are comfortable in responses to the pandemic.

      Cons

      Work life balance used to be a challenge for me personally but being remote has really created the balance I need.
