Pros

Training at the branch-level was A+. As a recruiter you have the opportunity to earn quite a bit of money.

Cons

Training provided by corporate was boring and useless. Although management was knowledgeable, they promoted everyone else based on who they were friends with, not who was most qualified. Also, recruiters were hired based on how they look, not their skills.

Pros

Sponsors visa, Green card for those seeking immigration Long term and priority contracts with many Client companies

Cons

Takes a big chunk of the billing, you get only about 50-60% of the hourly rate Client is paying. Health benefits for contract employees are very costly, like 800-1000 per month for a family. 401K is offered but lousy, you are vested 100% only after 5 years with Kforce.
