      Lot of turnover, skillset gained not really translatable outside of recruiting. Bad benefits

      Every day is interesting and challenging

      Pros

      Every day presents new opportunities to challenge myself, from working with challenging personalities to honing my skills. No two days are the same which keeps my job very interesting. Leadership is supportive and fosters an environment that encourages experimentation and innovation.

      Cons

      Some leaders can be conflict averse and not deal with reoccurring bad behavior which can be challenging by people who are affected. Fortunately the HR team is quite responsive and will handle matters with discretion and empathy.
