      Pros

      Challenging and fun career. They really invest in their recruiters, sales, and leadership training to ensure the whole firm is on the same page to accomplish our goals. Do an amazing job to explain the WHY behind what we do to get us amped up about how we all contribute to the firms mission. Great culture and team environment. Work life balance but what you put into the job you get out of it!

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con and think it’s coming but to have remote flex with the open floor model plan for collaboration!

      Pros

      The people are great and the culture is awesome. It is evident when you ask people for their tenure. In my year at KForce I have met upwards of 10 people that have been here fro 10 to 20 years. There is also great growth opportunities here is you are willing to learn, be patient and willing. The experience you will get working in IT is also very valuable as KForce utilizes industry standard infrastructure and applications for the most part.

      Cons

      Growth can take some time but management has been working on developing this more. Some processes need retouching and automation could help. This is also being addressed by a DevOps and DevSecOps initiative so the future is bright for those willing to work hard.
