Cons

Recruiting is not easy anywhere...people are unpredictible. No better place than Kforce to have support for successful outcomes.

None. Their candidate experience is very poor.

Cons

I interviewed for Kforce and I thought everything went very well. Met with the team and we seemed to get along very well. However, got a call from the recruiter I was working with letting me know they moved on to a different candidate and they would not be pursuing me any further. I was happy for the experience and opportunity. However, I received a phone call 2 days later that they wanted to bring me in again for a 2nd round interview and shadowing opportunity and that they really wanted me on the team. I was excited because I felt that they wanted me to work there. 2nd interview went great, met with the team again and everything went well. I then got a call 2 days later that they felt I would be better suited for a job in a different profession. I felt my time was wasted and they decided to reject me twice. Very bad candidate and interview experience all around.

Other than first paycheck not being set up for direct deposit, nothing was wrong.
