Pros

The company has an excellent team to back up their recruits. They stay in contact to ensure that there is a great fit between the recruit and the hiring company. They are easy to reach and respond quickly to any requests or issues. My recruiter stayed in touch throughout my entire assignment. They offer benefits such as health and dental insurance immediately. K-Force offers access to many online training programs to assist in improving required job skills. The only reason I left K-Force is because I was hired permanently after 6 months at the company that I was temping for.

Cons

The only con as with most staffing companies, no vacation time is given.
