Benefits compared to other companies aren't that great. Raises are few and far between and usually very small. They pay outside talent more than when promoted within.

You need to keep an eye on administrative functions if you're a new contractor with the company. My work hours for the first couple of weeks got lost in the set-up process. Everything was fixed in the first couple of weeks, and I had no more trouble during my 6 month contract.
