Pros

Typical fly-by-night operation. They found me a job at an unprofessional and highly unorganized company working with racists who eventually got fired for their racist remarks. The company I temp'd for "trained" me by letting me work in a group with 2 others who had only been there for a week. All the while Kforce recruiter Tabora bragged about how much better Kforce is than other recruiting firms such as AppleOne but at least at AppleOne

Cons

Recruiter Tabora was terribly unprofessional and never replied to messages but would expect immediate responses to his inquiries. You are just a paycheck for him, not a human being. He found me a job working with racists who got fired for making racist comments.

Pros

Great coworkers and helpful management. On a daily basis you are corresponding with other Kforce staff across the country. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Across the company you will work with people that are all interested in helping each other out. While still a sales environment, the company's insistence on hiring good people prevents it from being a cutthroat environment. It is a great place to start as well as grow your career. All around, genuinely good people. The San Francisco team and management are especially great, feels like a family.

Cons

It can seem very corporate sometimes. Many noticeable top down implementations throughout offices. However this is to be expected at such a large firm.
