Pros

easy, fairly chill environment for a first job out of college. you're mostly watching dashboards and responding when bars on a graph go red.

Cons

Grossly understaffed, heavily micromanaged, employee handbook makes threats of termination for discussing pay in violation of US labor law The department is required to be staffed by two people at all times, and there are the exact number of people on staff to be able to maintain that. If someone is suddenly ill or out of office, it's a last minute scramble to find someone. Sometimes, you'll end up working 20 continuous hours without a break to fill a shift gap. At the end of every day, a manager reviews every single one of dozens of hundreds of tickets dealt with during the shift to micromanage and send out emails of what all was done wrong during the shift. The pay was poor at $16/hour for years without any chance of a raise.

Pros

1) There is no micro management like other Desi companies 2) You will be working with the client directly and you don't need to do any extra tasks for KForce. If Clients are happy they are also happy with you 3) No Performance Appraisal Cycle 4) No pressure from your supervisor for completing organizational internal tasks except the training courses. 5) No peer pressure 6) Excellent immigration team and very supportive during your visa stamping time

Cons

1) You insurance premium is too high if your are married or having kids 2) Your hourly rate is fixed and can't be changed unless you change the client 3) Fixed holidays (10 per year). If you are taking any personal leave, you will not be get paid for that day. 4) Most of the clients, contract would be end in 18 to 24 months. So you need to go through the interview pressure until you find next client.
