Kforce is a joke

Pros

Met some cool people- they all quit or got laid off within 6 months after I left.

Cons

Everything. You WILL be a number. The company my team recruited for literally went on a hiring freeze, which I heard from my consultant and not Kforce management. We were still getting inundated with metric meetings, which ended up being 1-1 meetings to discuss my numbers. Got put on a performance plan after 8 months of middle of the pack performance in the middle of a hiring freeze. They have no chill and will gaslight you to no end until you fall victim to their tactics and quit on your own. Which lets them off the hook for paying out unemployment or severance. Oh and commission is AWFUL. It’s perplexing to me how people can stomach working there long-term.

Pros

Great training program, very supportive team, a lot of very hard-working people, good pay.

Cons

The reason I was let go really did not make sense. I was hitting my revenue goal (one of the only ones exceeding it on my team) but was let go because I didn't have enough candidates going through interviews per week. Other people on the team were not held to this same standard. Very cut-throat culture once the market started going sideways.

Could be good money if you make it there

Cons

Awful leadership, have no money in the budget, expert gaslighters, unethical, don’t care about your career progression, oblivious, embarrassing to work for, have 0 communication, you’ll be just a number
